Sending letters to those facing extreme loneliness & isolation during COVID-19
With social isolation and quarantine facing us all, there are people in retirement homes across the country coping with a new level of separation from the world. People in care communities may not have access to technology, or be comfortable with using it, and as a result they may be facing a very lonely time ahead.
Dear Friend encourages kids and grown-ups alike to take a moment to write to those in care homes, isolated from friends and family. Become a Dear Friend right now, for free, simply by completing the form. We'll send it over to those who have signed up to receive letters.
Not sure what to write? Why not introduce yourself, share a story, a drawing, be kind, and reach out as a reminder that we are with them during this unprecedented time.
How It Works
1. Simply complete the form on this page and hit submit!
